قرر المغرب عدم المشاركة في القمة الثامنة لمنتدى التعاون الياباني الإفريقي (تيكاد)، التي تنعقد بتونس يومي 27 و28 غشت الجاري، والاستدعاء الفوري لسفير صاحب الجلالة بتونس للتشاور، وذلك عقب موقف هذا البلد في إطار مسلسل (تيكاد)، والذي جاء ليؤكد بشكل صارخ هذا التوجه العدائي.
بعد أن ضاعفت تونس مؤخرا من المواقف والتصرفات السلبية تجاه المملكة المغربية ومصالحها العليا، جاء موقفها في إطار منتدى التعاون الياباني الإفريقي (تيكاد) ليؤكد بشكل صارخ هذا التوجه العدائي.
قررت تونس، ضدا على رأي اليابان، وفي انتهاك لعملية الإعداد والقواعد المعمول بها، بشكل أحادي الجانب، دعوة الكيان الانفصالي.
إن الاستقبال الذي خصصه رئيس الدولة التونسية لزعيم الميليشيا الانفصالية يعد عملا خطيرا وغير مسبوق، يسيء بشكل عميق إلى مشاعر الشعب المغربي، وقواه الحية.
وأمام هذا الموقف العدائي، الذي يضر بالعلاقات الأخوية التي ربطت على الدوام بين البلدين، قررت المملكة المغربية عدم المشاركة في القمة الثامنة لقمة (تيكاد)، التي تنعقد بتونس يومي 27 و28 غشت الجاري، والاستدعاء الفوري لسفير صاحب الجلالة بتونس للتشاور.
هذا القرار لا يؤثر، بأي شكل من الأشكال، على الروابط القوية والمتينة القائمة بين الشعبين المغربي والتونسي، اللذين يجمعهما تاريخ ومصير مشتركين.
هذا القرار لا يشكك في تشبث المملكة المغربية بمصالح إفريقيا وعملها داخل الاتحاد الإفريقي، ولا في التزام المملكة في إطار (تيكاد).

Après avoir multiplié récemment les positions et actes négatifs à l’égard du Royaume du Maroc et de ses intérêts supérieurs, l’attitude de la Tunisie dans le cadre du processus de la TICAD (forum de coopération Japon-Afrique) vient confirmer de manière flagrante son hostilité.
En effet, la Tunisie, contre l’avis du Japon et en violation du processus de préparation et des règles établies, a décidé unilatéralement d’inviter l’entité séparatiste.
L’accueil réservé par le chef de l’Etat tunisien au chef de la milice séparatiste, est un acte grave et inédit, qui heurte profondément les sentiments du peuple marocain et de ses forces vives.
Face à cette attitude hostile et préjudiciable aux relations fraternelles que les deux pays ont toujours entretenues, le Royaume du Maroc a décidé de :
Ne pas participer au 8ème Sommet de la TICAD qui se tient en Tunisie les 27 et 28 août courant ; et de
Rappeler immédiatement en consultation l’Ambassadeur de Sa Majesté le Roi à Tunis.
Cette décision n’affecte en rien les liens forts et intacts entre les peuples marocain et tunisien, qui sont liés par une histoire commune et un destin partagé.
Elle ne remet pas en cause non plus l’attachement du Royaume du Maroc aux intérêts de l’Afrique et à son action au sein de l’Union Africain, ni ne remet en cause l’engagement du Royaume au sein de la TICAD.

Morocco has decided not to participate in the 8th TICAD Summit to be held in Tunisia on August 27 and 28 and to immediately recall its Ambassador in Tunis for consultations, in light of the attitude of this country within the framework of the Japan-Africa Cooperation Forum process, which blatantly confirms its hostility towards the Kingdom.
After recently multiplying positions and negative acts against the Kingdom of Morocco and its higher interests, the attitude of Tunisia in the TICAD (Japan-Africa Cooperation Forum) process has confirmed its hostility.
Against the advice of Japan and in violation of the preparation process and the established rules, Tunisia decided unilaterally to invite the separatist entity.
The reception given by the Tunisian Head of State to the leader of the separatist militia is a serious and unprecedented act, which deeply offends the feelings of the Moroccan people and its forces.
Faced with this hostile and detrimental attitude to the brotherly relations that the two countries have always maintained, the Kingdom of Morocco has decided not to participate in the 8th TICAD Summit to be held in Tunisia on the 27th and 28th of August and to immediately recall the Ambassador of His Majesty the King in Tunis for consultations.
This decision does not affect, in any way, the strong and intact ties between the Moroccan and the Tunisian peoples which are bound by a common history and a shared destiny.
This decision does not put into question the attachment of the Kingdom of Morocco to the interests of Africa and its action within the African Union, nor does it call into question the commitment of the Kingdom within TICAD.
